What happens on test day

Bring one government-issued ID with your signature. The name on the ID must exactly match the name you registered with.

Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals can be refused and forfeit the exam fee.

Know before you go

Finding it

The test center is located inside the Pavilion shopping center, opposite Argos. It is also near a dry fruit shop, between Salon UK Express and Optical Warehouse Opticians. The entrance is on the same side as Holland & Barrett. The exact address can be difficult to find, so consider arriving early to navigate the shopping center and find the correct floor.

Arrival tips

Arrive at least 20 minutes early to account for potential navigation difficulties within the shopping center. The center is located within the Pavilion shopping center, so be sure to have the correct floor information and use the right car park.

Noise level

The testing room can be noisy due to the number of people and the volume at which they speak during the exam. This can be distracting for test-takers.
