What happens on test day

Bring one government-issued ID with your signature. The name on the ID must exactly match the name you registered with.

Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals can be refused and forfeit the exam fee.

At check-in you have your photo taken and a palm-vein scan recorded, then you are walked to your workstation.

Everything you carry goes into a locker: phone, watch, bag, notes, and food all stay out of the testing room.

Breaks depend on the exam you are taking; some allow none, some allow scheduled breaks, and the clock keeps running.

Finding it
The entrance is on the street level. To find the building, from the end of Market Street, turn left towards New Street. The entrance is through a passage in the mall, opposite Primark. The office is on the fifth floor, accessible via a lift. The building has a security door entry system.

Paid parking is available nearby, but it is not free and you should arrive early to secure a spot.
