What happens on test day

Bring one government-issued ID with your signature. The name on the ID must exactly match the name you registered with.

Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals can be refused and forfeit the exam fee.

At check-in you have your photo taken and a palm-vein scan recorded, then you are walked to your workstation.

Everything you carry goes into a locker: phone, watch, bag, notes, and food all stay out of the testing room.

Finding it

The test center is located above Lidl, with the entrance at the back of the building. Accessible via a side entrance on Transport Road. You can take the stairs or the lift to reach the center.

Parking

Parking is available inside the compound, or at the nearby Lidl parking lot with a 90-minute allowance. The entrance to the test center is at the back of Lidl, accessible via a side entrance on Transport Road. There is also a small road with some parking behind the Aldi.

You must have a last name on your documents for the application. A single name may not be accepted.

Staff check ID and other documents thoroughly. You may be rejected for minor issues with your ID or application.

Building security

You need to pass all prerequisites and wait for your turn at the computers. The door with a sign 'PSI Centre' was open. You need to go inside and then either take the stairs or the lift to reach the test center.

Wait time

Expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your results email after completing the test, but it may take several hours. There is no helpline available during weekends.
