What happens on test day

Bring one government-issued ID with your signature. The name on the ID must exactly match the name you registered with.

Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals can be refused and forfeit the exam fee.

At check-in you have your photo taken and a palm-vein scan recorded, then you are walked to your workstation.

Everything you carry goes into a locker: phone, watch, bag, notes, and food all stay out of the testing room.

Breaks depend on the exam you are taking; some allow none, some allow scheduled breaks, and the clock keeps running.

Finding it

The test center is located in a modern building with clear signage. You will need to go to the 3rd floor to find the test center.

Arrival tips

Arrive 30 minutes early to complete the check-in process. Bring valid ID and a confirmation email. You will be asked to show your ID and sign in at the front desk.

ID requirements
