What happens on test day

Bring one government-issued ID with your signature. The name on the ID must exactly match the name you registered with.

Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals can be refused and forfeit the exam fee.

At check-in you have your photo taken and a palm-vein scan recorded, then you are walked to your workstation.

Everything you carry goes into a locker: phone, watch, bag, notes, and food all stay out of the testing room.

Breaks depend on the exam you are taking; some allow none, some allow scheduled breaks, and the clock keeps running.

Finding it
The test center is located on the second floor of a building with a sign outside. The entrance is on the left side of the building.

Arrival tips
Arrive 30 minutes early to complete the check-in process. Bring your passport and confirmation email. You will need to show your passport to building security and sign in at the front desk.

Security
