- Security procedures include check-in with a security guard. The guard may not be very attentive. The staff conduct was professional.

- The test center is located next to the NCP car park. It is within the NCP carpark entrance. The entrance may not be well marked.
- Accessibility
- Wheelchair access is poor to get into the building and into the test centre. Once inside, the doors are wider and staff are helpful. The center is not well prepared for people with disabilities.
