What happens on test day

Bring one government-issued ID with your signature. The name on the ID must exactly match the name you registered with.

Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals can be refused and forfeit the exam fee.

At check-in you have your photo taken and a palm-vein scan recorded, then you are walked to your workstation.

Everything you carry goes into a locker: phone, watch, bag, notes, and food all stay out of the testing room.

Breaks depend on the exam you are taking; some allow none, some allow scheduled breaks, and the clock keeps running.

Arrival tips
Arrive early, as pick-up times may be delayed. Expect to wait in a long queue at the entrance and for pick-up.
Noise level
The testing environment can be noisy due to external events, keyboard typing, and hallway noise. Noise isolation is poor.
