What happens on test day

Bring one government-issued ID with your signature. The name on the ID must exactly match the name you registered with.

Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals can be refused and forfeit the exam fee.

At check-in you have your photo taken and a palm-vein scan recorded, then you are walked to your workstation.

Everything you carry goes into a locker: phone, watch, bag, notes, and food all stay out of the testing room.

Breaks depend on the exam you are taking; some allow none, some allow scheduled breaks, and the clock keeps running.
Know before you go
Finding it
The test center is located on the 7th floor of the Sushizanmai building, easily accessible from Hakata Station. The 7th floor is only accessible during business/testing hours.
Arrival tips
Arrive with minimal belongings as lockers are small and can only fit a backpack or less. Expect a smooth and polite reception process.

ID checks and other security procedures are in place as per the testing organization's regulations. Lockers are available for personal belongings.
