What happens on test day

Bring one government-issued ID with your signature. The name on the ID must exactly match the name you registered with.

Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals can be refused and forfeit the exam fee.

At check-in you have your photo taken and a palm-vein scan recorded, then you are walked to your workstation.

Everything you carry goes into a locker: phone, watch, bag, notes, and food all stay out of the testing room.

Breaks depend on the exam you are taking; some allow none, some allow scheduled breaks, and the clock keeps running.

Finding it
The test center is centrally located in Kandy city, easily accessible with a pleasant and calm location.
Security
Two security officers are present, and they are respectful and kind. There are strict exam protocols, and the test center follows the guidelines.
Temperature
The testing room can be cold, so bring a sweater or jacket.

Noise from a portable air conditioner can be disruptive during the exam.
