About PrepSavvy
PrepSavvy is an adaptive learning engine for the GMAT, GRE and ACT.
Why PrepSavvy exists
When Mark Khoury was studying for the GMAT, he bought six books: Manhattan Prep, Kaplan, the official GMAT guides. He wanted everything available to ace the exam. What he found was that he did not need the Verbal books at all, just Quant. The books were heavy and he could not bring them to the office. He could only study at home, early in the morning or after long days of meetings when he was tired. All the content was there, but it was not in a format he could use.
PrepSavvy is the tool he wishes he had. Unlimited full-length timed exams, 2,500+ practice questions with a full explanation on every answer, a score report that shows which topics cost you the most points, and a diagnostic engine that identifies your strengths and weaknesses and serves you the questions you need to work on.
How PrepSavvy works
Every question carries a structured taxonomy: section, topic, subtopic, difficulty and question type. The adaptive engine re-estimates your ability after every answer and serves the next question at the difficulty that estimate calls for. Score reports come on the official scales, with a topic-by-difficulty heatmap, per-question pacing, and a ranked action plan. Two learners chasing the same score get different paths from day one, because their data is different.
How content is made
Questions are written by a generation pipeline, and every item clears solver QA before it can be served: independent solvers attempt the question, and questions with computable answers are additionally solved by a program. Every exam fact page on this site is sourced to the official page that states it: mba.com and GMAC for the GMAT, ETS for the GRE, and program admissions pages for waiver policies. Each page lists its sources with the date they were checked.
Who built it
PrepSavvy was founded by Mark Khoury, a data scientist and Chicago Booth MBA (Class of 2025) who built the pipeline that writes and quality-checks every question.
