IE Business School International MBA Interview and Online Assessment

Interview format

After submitting the online application and paying the fee, applicants receive a link to answer three live questions, two in video format and one written. IE says the assessment evaluates how applicants respond live and under pressure. Applicants then have a personal interview, face-to-face or online, with a manager of the Admissions Team. IE's 2024 admissions guide describes it as "a formal conversation in which you'll be asked about details of your application."

After the interview

The Admissions Committee reviews the full application and replies roughly 1 to 3 weeks later. An admission is valid for the intake applied to and the following one. Intakes are in September and January.
