IMD MBA Interview: The Assessment Day
How the IMD MBA assessment day works: who is invited, its format, and the Class of 2028 assessment day dates.
Interview format
IMD invites shortlisted applicants to an assessment day, available online or on campus, where they take part in a mix of individual and group tasks alongside an interview. Each assessment day is linked to the applicant's chosen application deadline. IMD assesses English proficiency during the assessment day. IMD does not publish the length of the interview or the interview questions.

After the assessment day
The Admissions committee reviews the full application and compares the profile to other candidates in the applicant pool. IMD does not publish decision dates. Admitted candidates pay a non-refundable enrolment deposit to confirm their place.
