ISB PGP Interview: Format and On-Spot Essays
How the ISB PGP interview works: who is invited, the format, the panel, the on-spot essays and the Class of 2028 interview windows.
Interview format
Shortlisted applicants may choose a virtual interview on Zoom or an in-person interview at available tier-1 city locations; ISB states both formats are evaluated equally. Notice is 3 to 7 days before the interview. Interviews last approximately 30 minutes with a panel of ISB faculty, alumni and senior staff, and applicants complete two on-spot essays during the interview process.
