ISB Programmes: PGP, PGP Pro, PGP Max, PGP MFAB and PGP YL

Programmes overview
The PGP is ISB's 12-month full-time residential programme in Hyderabad and Mohali for candidates with at least 24 months of work experience; the next intake is April 2027. PGP Pro (18 months, modular, Hyderabad and Delhi) is for professionals with 5 or more years of experience. PGP Max (15 months, 12 on-campus weeks) is for senior executives with 10 or more years. PGP MFAB (15 months, modular) is for family business members. PGP YL (20 months, full-time residential in Hyderabad) is ISB's early-career programme for graduates with 0 to 24 months of experience; it is a separate programme, not a deferred admission into the PGP, and admits enrol directly.

PGP YL (early career)
- Eligibility: bachelor's degree or equivalent and at most 24 months of work experience as of June 15 of the joining year; fresh graduates with no experience can apply. GMAT, GRE (test-centre only) or CAT required.
- Class of 2029 deadlines: Round 1 December 20, 2026 (decision mid-March 2027); Round 2 February 15, 2027 (decision end-April 2027).
- Fee: INR 25,60,000 + GST for 2027-29, plus a refundable INR 20,000 security deposit.
- Class of 2028 (official): 132 students, 48% women, average age 23, average CAT percentile 99.09, average GMAT Focus 684, average GRE 330.
- Class of 2028 (reported by InsideIIM): 31.8% joined with no work experience; 33.3% had 1.5 to 2 years.
- Not a deferred MBA: the older Young Leaders Programme, which deferred admits into the PGP, is no longer listed on isb.edu.
