INSEAD MBA Interview: Format, Questions & Tips
The INSEAD MBA interview process: the Kira video and written assessment, then two alumni interviews for pre-selected applicants.
Interview format
After submission, applicants complete a Kira Talent video and written assessment within 48 hours of the application deadline: four video questions (45 seconds to prepare, 60 seconds to respond each) and a final written question (five minutes); about 15 to 20 minutes in total. An Admissions Officer informs applicants of the pre-selection decision about one month after the round closes. Pre-selected applicants interview with two INSEAD alumni, typically in their country of residence. The Admissions Committee then reviews the application with the interviewers’ feedback.
Application and interview sequence
- Submit the online application, supporting documents and fee by the round deadline.
