LBS MBA Interview: Format and Dates
How the London Business School MBA interview works and when interviews take place for the August 2027 intake.
Interview format
After an application is reviewed, selected applicants are invited to interview. Interviews are conducted by alumni or senior admissions staff of the MBA programme, usually in the region where the applicant is based. Depending on interviewer availability, applicants may be asked to travel. The process also includes a video submission. AI tools, external resources and help from anyone else are not permitted during the interview or the video submission.

After the interview
Interview feedback is combined with the application, and the Admissions Committee decides to offer, reject or waitlist. Offers are made by email. Waitlisted applicants are sometimes offered a place in the current class or the following year.
