Ross MBA Interview: Format, Questions & Tips

Interview format

Michigan Ross Full-Time MBA interviews are by invitation only and are conducted by a Ross alum or current MBA student. Applicants receive information about the timeline for interview invitations and next steps a few weeks after the application deadline. Ross says the interview helps it understand how applicants present their experiences and accomplishments in a professional setting, and how they collaborate and communicate.

After the interview

Ross releases decisions on set notification dates: December 11, 2026 for Round 1, March 19, 2027 for Round 2, and May 14, 2027 for Round 3. Requests for decisions before those dates are not granted, and there is no appeals process for denied applicants.
