Things to Know Before Applying to Oxford Said Business School
Facts from the school's own pages that affect how and when you apply to the Oxford MBA.
Facts applicants often miss
- Every applicant completes an online assessment of three randomised competency-based questions on the Kira Talent platform. The link appears up to 24 hours after you upload your CV and add your referees, so leave time before your stage deadline.
- A GMAT or GRE score is required regardless of previous work experience, studies or qualifications.
- The minimum is two years of full-time work experience. The 2025-26 class averages 5 years.
- There are five application stages for the 2027-28 cohort. The school recommends applying early to be considered for more scholarships.
- The University does not accept TOEFL tests taken from 21 January 2026 for the English requirement.
- Admitted applicants pay a GBP 9,800 deposit, then choose a college preference. Every student receives membership of a college, but not necessarily the preferred one.

- In 2025, 139 students took internships for credit during the MBA year.
