Test policy and waivers

Stern considers your highest overall GMAT score achieved in one sitting and does not use GMAT superscores. If you submit more than one test type, Stern considers the score that aids your candidacy. Full-time MBA and Luxury & Retail MBA applicants may request a standardized test waiver; the request deadline is April 1, 2027, and Stern usually decides within three weeks. The 2027 Andre Koo Tech MBA is test optional. Applicants with an NYU undergraduate degree and a final cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher do not need a test score.
