What GMAT score do I need for Oxford Said?
There is no minimum. A GMAT Focus score of 595 or above (650 on the classic GMAT) is considered competitive. The 2025-26 class median is 635 on the GMAT Focus, which the school states is 690 on the classic GMAT. The GRE is also accepted.
How much work experience do I need for the Oxford MBA?
At least two years of full-time work experience. The 2025-26 class averages 5 years.
What are the application deadlines for September 2027 entry?
Stage 1: Wednesday 2 September 2026. Stage 2: Monday 5 October 2026. Stage 3: Wednesday 4 November 2026. Stage 4: Wednesday 6 January 2027. Stage 5: Monday 15 March 2027.
What is the interview process?
Shortlisted applicants interview with a faculty member, a senior member of the administrative staff, or an industry adviser, in Oxford, overseas (subject to availability), or by video conference. Interviews last about 30 to 40 minutes.

What essays are required?
One supporting statement of up to 500 words: "Tell us something that is not covered in your application which you would like the Admissions Committee to know about you." 1+1 MBA applicants and re-applicants write one additional 250-word essay each.

Two professional or academic references, preferably professional.
